CSI SPORTSNET AND THE EAST COAST CONFERENCE MOVING TO FLOSPORTS THIS FALL

Partnership Bolsters FloCollege Portfolio to 13 Conferences and Adds Nine New Universities to Offerings

7/11/2025 11:00:00 AM

AUSTIN, TX – As announced earlier this year, FloSports and the Division II East Coast Conference (ECC) have entered into an exclusive media rights agreement that will begin in the fall of 2025. Through the seven-figure agreement, FloSports will represent the ECC and its nine member institutions, providing a global platform to live stream events and support the teams, institutions, and student-athletes with a robust content engine across the web and social. The ECC's addition to FloSports represents the 13th conference to join FloCollege.

The ECC boasts nine institutions with a unique footprint, including Mercy University, Molloy University, Queens College, St. Thomas Aquinas College, and the College of Staten Island in the New York City metropolitan area, Daemen University, D'Youville University, and Roberts Wesleyan University in the Western New York area, and the University of the District of Columbia in our nation's capital area.

With the addition of the ECC, FloSports will deliver more than 800 regular season and postseason events, including men's and women's conference championship events, starting in the 2025 season. The sports represented in the agreement include men's and women's basketball, lacrosse, volleyball, soccer, tennis, baseball, softball, volleyball and track/X-country, and women's bowling.

Games will be made available for live and on-demand viewing and supported by an original content slate, including social media programming highlighting the many student-athletes who compete in the ECC.

One hundred percent of the revenue generated from this partnership will be reinvested into ECC member institutions. The agreement promises to foster equitable broadcast production standards and further enhance the quality of coverage across all sports, ensuring parity and inclusivity.

What This Means for Viewers
CSI Sportsnet, which was previously hosted on the ECC Network, will now be hosted on FloSports beginning in the Fall of 2025.  All CSI Dolphins home games and all road contests against the ECC will be available on the platform.  Other regional conferences including the NE-10 are also hosted by FloSports placing much of the Division II regional landscape under one streaming platform.  FloSports subscriptions are available either monthly or annually at the link here.  For those who do not wish to subscribe, full game broadcasts will be uploaded to the CSI Sportsnet Youtube channel one week after airing on FloSports.  For students, discounted subscriptions are available with a valid .edu email address.  Lastly, there is a strict limit of one logged in device per account at any time.  If a second device logs in with your account email and password, any device currently watching will be disconnected.

What This Means for the Broadcast
CSI Sportsnet is currently in the midst of significant equipment upgrades, partially funded by a FloSports stipend, that will ultimately bring four-camera streams to all CSI home games in 1080p at 60 fps.  This is expected to begin no later than the start of Basketball season in November of 2025.  Pending facility upgrades at the CSI Baseball Complex and CSI Softball Complex, a center field camera will be introduced to broadcasts weather permitting.  CSI Soccer will be streamed from the newly renovated Dolphins Soccer Park and will return a manually operated camera as opposed to the previously used automated camera in 2023.  Gameday coverage will also expand to include a more extensive and in-depth pregame show, additional replay and camera angles, graphics upgrades, and more.

The CSI Sportsnet crew will continue to provide commentary and broadcast engineering for all CSI Dolphins home games.  Athletic Communications Coordinator Joseph Foreman will continue to serve as play-by-play commentator for all home games.  College of Staten Island Social Media Manager Nicholas Durst will continue as lead color commentator for CSI Basketball.  Finally, Nicholas Bivona will serve as lead engineer and third headset for CSI Basketball while continuing to fill the lead color commentator role for CSI Baseball and Softball.
