ECAC: CSI would play a tight matchup against Wayne State College, though, CSI came up short in the comeback attempt and lost in five games, 3-2. Game one was a 2-1 game until the final 30 seconds when WSC would score two more times to seal the game one win, 4-1. In game two, there was no score until the final 34 seconds of play when WSC would find the back of the net just passed a diving Dolphin, losing that game, 1-0. For game three CSI, seemed to find their offensive cohesiveness, though, WSC didn't make it easy. It was Maxim Kleyer (Muckz) who broke the 3-3 tie at the 1:03 minute marker that gave CSI the 4-3 lead, Kleyer (Muckz) would score once more to seal the win, 5-3. CSI continued that momentum into game four, finding their grove once again on the offensive while playing stellar team defensive, forcing a game five with a, 4-1 game four victory. In game five, WSC clamped down their defensive and held CSI scoreless for the second time in the seris, though, this time it came in a crucial game five, as CSI fell by a final of 4-0. Playoffs are around the corner and CSI is a top five team as they await their playoff seeding and opponent. Ralphy Vargas (Driftzy) led the team in saves with over 12 for the match, he also led them in scoring, with five goals in-all. Kleyer (Muckz) led them with assists with four in the match, he also added three goals. Samuel Rozenfeld (Eleventeen) added two goals, an assist, four saves and took less than five shots total as WSC made it difficult for Rozenfeld (Eleventeen) to get on track. Playoffs will begin in a week's time, and CSI is still a top five team with a 6-2 record.
