LAST TIME OUT
This past Saturday, CSI's Men's Basketball team scored the most points ever in the first half, against Goldey-Beacom and shot the ball nearly 70% from the field, however, it wasn't enough as CSI fell to the Lighting, 95-80. CSI's Women's Basketball team played last Monday against Chestnut Hill College and never led in the game as the Griffins came out firing on all cylinders and never looked back in what was a lopsided loss for the Dolphins, 68-34. Meanwhile, the Daemen College Men's team have won seven straight games and currently are ranked at number six in the country for Division II. The Wildcat Women's team have won their last eight games, six of which were by double-digit victories.

DOLPHINS TO WATCH
For the women in their last game, only Jenlyse Alarcon and Gia Esposito scored in double figures, combing for 26 of CSI's 34 total points in that game. Ashley Lambert was inserted back in the starting line-up in their last game, and although she was 0-6 from the field, she is CSI's recent leader in three point-percentage at 38% and is currently tied with Alarcon for the team leader in points per-game with 10.9. Elizabeth Lofaro was able to get on the board with seven points and grabbed a season high nine rebounds while playing some good defense over her last few games averaging two-plus steals per-game.

On the men's side, Bryce Waterman was deadly from the three, hitting 8-14 from behind the arc while scoring 30 points, both season and career highs for him in their last game. Waterman also notched a career high in rebounds with eight in the game. Luis Armas, who got the start in their last game, also played well scoring 15 points and hitting 5-7 threes. Austin Mick was the only other Dolphin in double-digits, scoring 13 while hitting 3-7 from downtown. On the defensive end, Mick also recorded three steals in the game, a season best for him this year.
