Staten Island, NY | The College of Staten Island Esports teams played completed their second week of competitions in the ECAC Spring 2022 season. CSI went 1-4 across all title games played last week, as they look to bounce back this week. Also this week, CSI's ECC week one season starts in the game of Valorant, Overwatch and Rocket League. The lone win last week came in the game of Rocket League in the ECAC where CSI narrowly beat Farmingdale State College three games to two. Below you will find every Esports match played in week two of the ECAC. 			ECAC: Best two out of three 9-Stock 3v3 Crew Battle | 
			CSI's SSBU team of Sofronio Lorenzo (Frio) Jeremiah Alonso (YoshiSonic35), Nicholas Lam (Toonnick), and Justin Pena (Yotin) were defeated by the University of Albany in straight sets, 2-0. In both sets, all players fought hard though UA was just a little too hot to handle. CSI tried to hold their own and take down each player, unfortunately, UA had the upper hand and took a 5-9 stock count in both games. CSI will only continue to get stronger from here on out as they prepare for their week three matchups. |

			CSI newest team in the game of Call of Duty team of Garic Li (Michelangelo), Roberto Perez (Wu), Abdullah Mustafa (ShadowQS), and Mohamed Elshowki (KingMotive), suffered a loss against Lycoming College. Lycoming College took straight sets in all of COD's game modes, handing CSI a 0-3 loss. CSI will look to make a difference and regroup in next week's match. |

			Game Notes: 
			ECC & ECAC: Best two out of three, 3v3 | 
			ECAC: CSI's Rocket League team of Ralphy Vargas (Driftzy), Samuel Rozenfeld (Eleventeen), and Maxim Kleyer (Muckz) defeated Farmingdale State College in an intense series of games. Game one went to Farmingdale as they scored five goals and CSI scored three. In game two, CSI and FSC kept the game close in goals scoring two apiece in regulation. It was, Kleyer (Muckz) who within the first few seconds of OT scored the game-winning goal as CSI took game two. With the momentum from game two, CSI did not look to slow down and scored six goals to FSC's one goal, taking the game as well. Game four saw a change in FSC's game plan as they scored four goals in the first three minutes. CSI almost brought it back scoring three unanswered goals before time ran out on the Dolphins. Game five was the most intense. CSI and FSC scored one goal in the first minute of the game and for the next three minutes kept the ball going back and forth without any team letting up on the defensive pressure. With 14 seconds left CSI found an opening as Kleyer (Muckz) scored the game-winning goal for the game five win and match win, 3-2.
