Game Notes:
Best two out of three, 3v3 |
ECC: CSI's Overwatch team of Shane Drucker (Weast), Drew Visser (DVisser), James Handibode (Sly), Elizabeth Garrison (Lizzie), Andrew Shinoda (Bioactive1), and Hadi Daoud (Xeromous) defeated D'Youville College in the three-game modes that were played during the series. In round one CSI went charging on ahead to take out the opponent's objective. CSI took a very early and big lead before DYC managed to fend off CSI from destroying their objective. However, it would not be long before CSI would come back and capture the objective and take the round one win 100%-16%. Round two CSI again would take a huge lead showing their dominance in not only their stage knowledge but team ethics as well. CSI would not let DYC near the capture point and ended round two 100%-0%. For set two CSI would have to fend off the opposing team from capturing their objectives. CSI would dominate DYC and would end up getting a team wipe in the process. When it was time to Stop the Payload, they would succeed and win the round. In round two it would be CSI's turn to attack the objectives. CSI would come out strong and again would get another team wipe giving them more time to group back up and attack accordingly. CSI succeeded in capturing the objective and payload. Set three CSI continued to dominate the competition and defend their objective from DYC. CSI fended them off quickly and would end up winning the round. For round two DYC would put up one last fight and try to fight off CSI as it was a very close round. DYC would keep them off the objective for a while and were looking ready to continue the pressure. CSI on the other hand wanted to finish the series sooner rather than later. CSI came storming in using their abilities and killing off the team. Once they managed to capture the objective CSI would not let up and would dominate the game from then on. Ending the round and series 3-0. |
