Staten Island, NY - Following a one-month break for the holiday recess, The Dolphin Pod returns today for the third episode of season three. On today's show, host Joseph Foreman is joined by Cross-Country Track & Field Associate Head Coach James Luginsland. The duo discusses the growth of the program since Luginsland's arrival in 2019, his most memorable coaching experiences, and what he hopes the team will accomplish moving forward.
