GAMEDAY: MEN'S BASKETBALL FACES BLOOMFIELD IN FINAL OUTING BEFORE HOLIDAY RECESS

Bloomfield, NJ - The College of Staten Island Men's Basketball Team is back in action for the final time before the holiday recess as they take on the Bears of Bloomfield College at 1:00 PM. The Dolphins enter today's game 5-7 on the season following a loss at home against Pace University on Wednesday night. The Bears are 5-4 on the season after a loss to Adelphi on Thursday. The two teams have met four times in the history of the two programs, but three of those meetings came in 1980 or earlier. Last season marked the first time the Dolphins and Bears faced off in over 40 years, and both teams were on the cusp of the regional rankings entering that game. Following a back-and-forth contest at The Tank, the Bears came away with the ten-point win, 100-90.
