GAMEDAY: BASEBALL OPENS SERIES AGAINST D'YOUVILLE HOPING TO BEGIN PLAYOFF PUSH

Niagara Falls, NY - With two conference series remaining on the schedule, the College of Staten Island Baseball Team will head to Niagara Falls for a four-game series against D'Youville University. The Dolphins come in with an overall record of 12-19 and are 7-9 in conference play following two losses against Queens on Sunday. The Saints are 18-17 on the year and 7-5 against the ECC following a split of their series against STAC last weekend. Entering today's doubleheader, the Dolphins trail the Saint by four games in the loss column. Currently fifth in the ECC standings, the Dolphins are hoping to begin a push to the postseason with a series win against the Saints. All-time, the Dolphins are 10-4 against the Saints, but D'Youville has won four of the last seven meetings between the two teams.
