GAMEDAY: DOLPHINS HOST HOMETOWN HEROES DAY IN 2024 SEASON FINALE

Staten Island, NY - The College of Staten Island Baseball Team will play their final games of the season today as they host the second annual Hometown Heroes Day at the CSI Baseball Complex. Following a pregame ceremony ahead of game one honoring the late Steve Sosa, Anthony.Iraci, Paul Polemeni and Anthony Varvaro, the Dolphins will face Holy Family University. The Dolphins come in with a record of 14-27 and have won back-to-back games against Adelphi and Caldwell University. The Tigers are 19-26 on the year and dropped the first two games against CSI earlier this season. When the two teams met at Staten Island University Hospital Community Park in March, the Dolphins earned a decisive 11-4 victory in game one and won a game two pitcher's duel on a walkoff, 1-0.
