GAMEDAY: BASEBALL OPENS SECOND CONFERENCE SERIES ON THE ROAD AGAINST QUEENS

Flushing, NY - The College of Staten Island Baseball Team continues conference play this afternoon as they begin their second four-game ECC series on the road against Queens College. The Dolphins enter their matchup with the Knights 7-19 on the season and 1-3 in conference play. CSI is coming off a win against Bloomfield at home on Wednesday night after losing three of four to Molloy in their first conference series last weekend. Queens enters the day 7-14 on the year, and the Knights will be playing their first conference game of the season when they host the Dolphins this afternoon. Queens holds a 23-8 lead in the all-time series which spans nearly 50 years, and the Knights are 12-3 against the Dolphins since CSI became a Division II program. The Knights have taken three of four from the Dolphins each of the last two seasons and have only lost to the Dolphins at home one time since CSI's move to the ECC.
