AMANDA STALKER NAMED TO D2CCA ALL-EAST REGION FIRST TEAM

After being named to the ECC All-Conference First Team to end the season earlier this month, Amanda Stalker has added another accolade to her impressive sophomore campaign. It was announced yesterday that Stalker was named to the D2CCA All-East Region First Team as one of the top three outfielders in the NCAA Division II East Region. This marks her first appearance on a Conference Commissioners Association All-Region Team and is fitting recognition for one of the best individual seasons for a Dolphin at the Division II level.

Stalker led the ECC in batting this season at .391 and posted an incredible .507 on-base percentage during her sophomore season. She also led the Dolphins in OPS at .998 and was second in slugging at .491. Stalker received her first ECC Player of the Week recognition earlier this season and helped the Dolphins come to within one win of the postseason with a massive month of April.

Stalker will now appear on the D2CCA All-America ballot with voting taking place through Thursday, May 15, 2025. The full D2CCA All-East Region Teams can be found below with the All-America rosters being released after the conclusion of voting later this week.
