Dolphins Roster Insight:
The Dolphins enter the outdoor season with strong momentum after producing multiple East Region top-10 performers during the indoor campaign. Adonijah Washington led the East Region in the triple jump, while Steven Elcock ranked seventh in the 400m dash. The men's 4x400 relay team of Elcock, KJ Ede, Akeem Pollard, and Karran Riley also placed fifth overall in the East Region with their season-best time.
On the field side, Dominik Hric consistently reset his own program standard in the weight throw throughout the indoor season and looks to carry that progress into the outdoor campaign. Jeremiah Downer also joins Hric with record-setting marks after establishing his own program standard in the long jump.
Following Washington's standout indoor season, the Dolphins women's team is poised to make an impact outdoors. They concluded the indoor season with multiple All-ECC honors, as Mia Bowden, Washington, Alexis Doyle, and the DMR team of Angelina Guerriero, Jacqueline Washington, Mahawa Kouyate, and Anna Carafiol earned Second Team All-ECC recognition.
