After a great week on the pitch, CSI men's soccer star Carlos Montesinos has been named the CSI Male Athlete of the Week for October 14, 2019. Montesinos scored a goal in a 2-1 win over Lehman College this week, and finished with 10 total shots in CSI's three games this week, including a game-high four in a narrow 1-0 loss to #11 Mercy College this weekend.  For the season, he is third on the team with three goals and has added an assist on 33 total shots, which is tied for 1st on the team.
