STATEN ISLAND, NY – The College of Staten Island softball team continues East Coast Conference (ECC) play on Saturday afternoon as they host Molloy University at the CSI Softball Complex for their first home doubleheader of the regular season.

2025 Meeting Recap / All-Time Series
Across two doubleheaders in 2025, the Dolphins went 1-3, with their lone win coming on Apr. 19 in a 4-3 victory fueled by a three-run fifth inning. Marena Grenier earned her fourth win of the season in the circle, tossing 5.1 innings and striking out five.

The Lions lead the all-time series, 24-7. The matchup dates back to the 1985 season, continuing through the late 1980s and into the 1990s before pausing until CSI entered Division II competition in 2021.
