Leesburg, FL – The College of Staten Island Softball Team wraps up their Florida trip this morning as they take on Saint Michael's College and the University of Minnesota Crookston in a pair of early games. The Dolphins enter the day 3-5, the Purple Knights are playing their first game of the season, and the Golden Eagles are 6-10 entering today's game.

The Dolphins will be looking to bounce back from two losses yesterday and have an opportunity to get back to the .500 mark with a pair of wins. The Purple Knights will be making their season debut and the Golden Eagles will be appearing in the Spring Games for the first time this season.

Aileen Balderas and Mariah Carcano kept their batting averages above the .400 mark despite an overall tough day for the Dolphins at the plate.  Alyssa Acosta remains close behind at .3891 on the season. As a team, the Dolphins are hitting .262 as a unit while opponents are hitting .282 against them.

The Dolphins finish their Florida trip today and head back to Staten Island for a series of non-conference games after they arrive home.
