GAMEDAY: SOFTBALL OPENS WEEK WITH NON-CONFERENCE DOUBLEHEADER AGAINST PACE

Staten Island, NY - The College of Staten Island Softball Team will open a critical week at the CSI Softball Complex later today as they host Pace University for a non-conference doubleheader. With inclement weather looming later in the week, this doubleheader, which was originally scheduled for tomorrow, will now be played today at 2:00 PM. The Dolphins come in 12-24 on the season after splitting a doubleheader with D'Youville University on Saturday. The Setters come into today's games with a record of 22-10 on the season and were last in action on Sunday when they picked up two NE-10 conference wins against Bentley University. The last time the two programs met was in April of 1991 when the Setters scored a pair of wins over the Dolphins, 15-7 and 1-0.
