GAMEDAY: SOFTBALL RETURNS TO ACTION WITH NON-CONFERENCE DOUBLEHEADER AGAINST NEW HAVEN

West Haven, CT - The College of Staten Island Softball Team returns to action following nearly a full week off as they hit the road for a non-conference doubleheader against the University of New Haven. The Dolphins enter today's doubleheader against the Chargers with a record of 9-9 coming off a pair of losses in their conference opener against Mercy last week. New Haven enters the day 6-12 on the season following a doubleheader sweep of Chestnut Hill on Sunday. The two teams have met just twice before during the 2023 season when the Dolphins visited New Haven for the first time. The Chargers took the win in both games of that doubleheader by final scores of 9-3 and 6-1.
